Our winter months are predominantly the transportation of NHS and other emergency services personnel in adverse weather conditions, and while they will ALWAYS remain our highest priority, we are also extremely busy during the rest of the year...

We are often called upon by local charitable and community event organisers to aid set up and to take down signage and equipment at their events, and helping not only with the transport of other volunteers around the various sites, but aiding with marshalling too.

As the majority of our volunteers own and use 4x4 vehicles of their own, we also help with car park marshalling and control, and often get called on to give safely controlled "traction assistance" to vehicles that become stuck or bogged on wet and/or muddy fields - something we're quite specialist and well versed at!

When required, we also provide road-blocks (only under the correct authority) and safety/escort vehicles for events such as road marathons, cycle events and tractor runs.

Santa also occasionally calls on us on the run-up to the festive period to pull his sleigh around local streets, bringing joy and happiness to the local community, also aided by our friends from the local Rotary groups - after all, his reindeer need a good rest before the big day!
